With expertise in real estate and mortgage lending law, he set out to provide quick, convenient, and hassle-free service for customers including mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, banks, savings and loans, finance companies, Realtors, law firms, oil and gas companies, developers, builders and the general public's for-sale-by-owner transactions.
Mike recruited highly experienced and committed closing agents to search titles, coordinate all closing details, disburse funds, record and review documentation, and conduct closing follow-ups. He invested in leading-edge technology and opened regional offices to provide easy access for customers in Ohio and South Carolina, and recently expanded coverage to include Michigan and Virginia. Today, he is in the process of further expanding America's Choice Title Agency's services nationally, to offer customers the convenience of one-stop service wherever their real estate transactions take them.
